Dr Rachel Hume

As a teenager, Rachel discovered Chiropractic while experiencing her own health challenges, and witnessed firsthand the powerful truth that a body in balance will heal itself.

With a strong desire to help others, Rachel moved to Auckland where she completed her 5-year Chiropractic degree at the world-renowned New Zealand College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2013.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast (during high school years), Rachel has spent the past decade providing chiropractic care, amongst other healing modalities, to communities in Queensland and Victoria.

With a keen desire to continue refining her knowledge & skills in order to see the best possible outcomes for her clients, Rachel has studied and become certified in Reiki, Kinergetics (a Kinesiology technique), Somatic Parts work & Family Constellations (Inner Child Reparenting & Ancestral healing), and became a meditation teacher of the 1 Giant Mind Being technique.

Rachel sees physical health and mental health as inseparable, and therefore loves to work from both angles for optimal outcomes, as needed.

Passionate about helping people along their healing and self-growth journey, Rachel loves to share her passions with the Sunshine Coast local community, and online worldwide. Known for her intuitive approach, Rachel loves to work with a variety of clientele, including babies, children & pregnant women.

When not geeking out on all things health, wellness & spiritually, including Human Design, Ayurveda, & Vedic wisdom, her other interests include spending time in nature, enjoying quality time with friends and family, hiking, travelling, seeing live music, dancing, yoga & pilates.
